April 5, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #30 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #11-0022 FOR INTERIOR PEST CONTROL SERVICE Description Bids to provide 'Interior Pest Control Service' were received from eighteen vendors on February 23, 2011. The bid of Fricke Pest Services, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Fricke Pest Services, Inc., to provide 'Interior Pest Control Service' in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
